There are a number of ways you can become a part of the NetDragons team--each requires a different level of commitment and has a different level of return. We believe that people work best on the things they enjoy, not things people tell them to do. There are always projects going on at NetDragons and you are welcome to join any one of them. But if they don't interest you, you can always start your own.

Independent Developer - As an independent developer you will develop a product on your own under the hope of releasing it under the NetDragons' site. Projects can be pre-approved and such projects will receive minimal financial and technical support from the NetDragons staff. Rewards: you get 75 percent of the revenue earned from your content.

Web Site Partner - This is for people who already have a working Web site and would like to integrate its features into the NetDragons' Web site. We only accept content that has entertainment value. Rewards: you get 50 to 100 percent of the revenue earned from your content, dependent on how much NetDragons is involved in running and maintaining your site.

Volunteer - This is for people who really just want to learn and at the same time help out the NetDragons team. The best way to get your foot in the door is to write a simple game for 24 Hour Games and then continue to help. Rewards: you don't get paid for helping out, but you gain experience and if your projects do well you may receive computer hardware/software.
