For the last few weeks the NetDragons.com staff has been hard at work creating a new support e-mail system that will allow us to serve you better. Now all e-mail sent to support@netdragons.com will be given a tracking number and will get a reply-normally within 24 hours. We did this as an effort to improve our users' experience while they are playing games at NetDragons.com. We would like to apologize to all the users who have sent e-mails to support@netdragons.com in the past and have not received a reply.

In addition to this we have made a number of improvements to our backend and the internal database for Vagabond's Quest. These improvements will allow us to more effectively help you and should prevent other problems from happening.

Other new additions we would really like to draw your attention to are the user-based backup and restore feature. The new system gives users total control over when their player is backed up and when they can be restored. The main drawback is the system will no longer automatically backup your player once a day; however, you can backup your player up to once a day if you wish.

Many great things at NetDragons.com are on the horizon, but we're nothing without our user base. We hope these additions will improve your experience with us and you'll continue to enjoy our services.
