Security
1. Members of the NetDragons.com team will NEVER ask you for your password unless they are asking from an @netdragons.com email address. Please do not give it to anyone.
2. Claiming or threatening to "hack" or breach security on any part of the NetDragons.com Web site will be strictly punished. Bans from the game, as well as from all servers, may be incurred. Also, abusing glitches in the DoD will result in the character being banned. All characters should have an unaltered opportunity to grow.
3. Using a character with skills or spells NOT natural to its own class can result in the loss of the character. All characters are to remain equal at "birth."
Game Operators
1. Asking the Game Op or his/her character(s) constantly for help about the Dungeon of Despair may result in fines and/or bans.
2. Respect the Game Ops. They are here to help you and maintain arena integrity. Disrespectful behavior towards Game Ops is punishable by fining and/or bans.
3. Game Ops are here to maintain peace, integrity and a family environment. They are not here to answer inappropriate questions (deemed inappropriate by the Game Op) or to say "Hi."
4. Do not query Game Ops pertaining to their identity. Do not speculate in channel as to the identities of Game Ops.
5. Game Ops may or may not choose to warn. Just because one Game Op warns you not to do something doesn't mean that all Ops will. Keep that in mind as you play VQ.
6. If a Game Op bans you for either temporarily or 6 hours, don't email Support asking to be unbanned. This is because by the time your email is read, you will already have been unbanned automatically and thus is useless to send the email in the first place.
7. Don't ask how to become a Game Op. You won't become one by asking.
Character Name and Password
1. Be careful of any character name you choose. If it is deemed inappropriate (due to foul language or sexual references), it can be permanently banned at any time.
2. Giving your password out to other users in order for them to help you gain levels or to gain them levels is cheating. Do not give your password out to anyone.
3. Using the name "GameOp," "Falados," or any other name that would make you seem associated with Vagabond's Quest or the NetDragons team is not allowed. Other character names that are off limits include (but are not limited to) "Artex," "Magus," "Windstar," and "Symon".
4. Your name cannot have spaces in it. The program cannot handle a name that contains a space.
Arena and Dungeon Behaviour
1. Only one character per person is allowed in each arena at the same time. Using two or more is punishable to the Game Ops discretion.
2. Use of all CAPS is considered yelling and is annoying to many users. If a Game Op warns you to stop using CAPS and you continue, you will be punished accordingly. Repeating is also disallowed.
3. Make sure you logout after playing Vagabond's Quest v.1+. If your computer crashes, please re-login and logout properly.
4. Throwing fights just to gain levels, experience and/or gold for you or someone else is cheating, since it gives you an unfair advantage over other users.
5. This is a family-oriented game that many children play. Playing with the censor function and finding other means of posting foul language is prohibited. Please keep foul language and other adult material out (this will be enforced). Use common sense while in the arenas. Agressive behavior and general disrespect are also frowned upon and will not be tolerated.
6. If a player is having problems, help them out. This will make the game more enjoyable for everyone.
